What happens if an item I purchased is not in stock?

We will keep the order in our system and ship the item as soon as it's available. Some items are in stock at the Manufacturer and will shop directly to you to help cut down shipping time. Should you have any questions about the status of the order, or if you need to change or modify the order at any time, please contact us here!

Are my parts covered by a Warranty?

All parts are covered only by the manufacturer's warranties. Feel free to reach out to us and we can help advocate for you through the warranty process.

How much does shipping cost?

For most orders over $300 in the US lower 48 states (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico), economy shipping is FREE!!! Some parts require additional handling charges due to size or weight.

How can I cancel my order?

If you choose to cancel you order you will receive your money back minus the processing fee. This fee is what the financial institutions take out and there is no way for us to recoup that if you change your mind about a purchase. Please be aware!

If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, chances are you will not be able to cancel your order. If your order isn't in stock and hasn't shipped, please contact us hereOrders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to contact our customer service to have the item returned.

What if I want to return my order?

- Within 30 days of purchase: Products can be exchanged for the purchased price, or returned for the purchased price minus a 10% restocking fee.

Returns are accepted for product that is in the same exact condition you received it. Understand that we pay for shipping to you and when you return the item the shipping companies don't reimburse us. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return to us, please contact us here with any questions.
