This item is constructed as replacement part and is designed to install in the factory location.

INSTALLATION NOTE: For this item there are 2 metal brackets attached to the underside of the original vent panels that need to be transferred to the replacement Carbon Fiber panels. These are riveted onto the back of the panel.
